Pamela
Quintero is a Computer Forensics Specialist at
Computer Forensics Inc. (CFI). CFI, founded
in 1994, is a pioneer in the science of computer
forensics and the practice of electronic discovery.
CFI combines the expertise of computer, litigation,
and records management specialists to locate,
collect, and analyze evidence found on backup
tapes, hard drives, servers, and email systems.
CFIs expert services include discovery consulting,
cost containment, expert testimony, and e-risk
management services, with extensive expertise
in data preservation, 30(b)(6) deposition, and
discovery motion assistance.
Ms.
Quintero performs forensics procedures on a wide
array of mass storage devices. Ms. Quintero has
received training in forensics techniques from
Guidance Software, in Pasadena, California, and
conducts a variety of analyses to reveal user
activity on a variety of computer systems for
civil litigation. Ms. Quintero has traveled worldwide
to create evidentiary images for subsequent review
in the CFI Seattle laboratory, where she has assisted
clients in locating vital evidence for their cases.
Ms.
Quintero is completing a Master of Business Administration
in Information Systems at City University in Bellevue,
Washington. She received a Bachelor of Arts degree
from Seattle Pacific University with a major in
Communication and minor in Business Administration.
Ms. Quintero lived for a year in Ecuador, is fluent
in Spanish, and participated as a key member of
a CFI team undertaking extensive forensic procedures
in Venezuela.
While
pursuing her advanced degree, she held positions
at Seattle Central Community College, including
Program Coordinator and adjunct faculty in the
Information Technology Department. She was also
an Office Assistant III and Computer Support Technician
in the College Computing Department. She has special
training in a variety of software platforms.
